Collaborate with CEO & Product manager.
Research other products on the markets & user questioneer.
Execute wireframes and high resolution design.
Work closely with R&D to ensure that the implementation meets the design.
Through conversations with the CEO and Product Manager, we discovered a core issue: while the dashboard held valuable data, it wasn't effectively translated into actionable insights. This disconnect led to user frustration, as they struggled with clunky workflows and lacked the clear visualizations needed for confident decision-making.
Our approach focused on a user-centered redesign, prioritizing clear data visualization and intuitive workflows. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, we aimed to empower users and streamline strategic decision-making.
We delivered a redesigned dashboard that transformed raw data into clear, actionable insights, empowering users to make informed decisions and directly supporting strategic growth. This eliminated the previous bottleneck and significantly improved data utilization.
