Collaborate with product managers.
Research & user tests
Execute all visual design stages from the concept phase, through wireframes and complete design to development.
Work closely with R&D to ensure that the implementation meets the design.
Following discussions with clients and initial research, I identified that some of the screens were confusing and the design didn't follow the recent UI/UX trends.
A need for more coherent flow sent us back to research and rearrange user flows and also back to the drawing board to rethink and simplify the user interactions.
We began by deeply understanding our users through questionnaires and conversations, uncovering their core needs.
Using these insights, I streamlined the user journey and introduced key features to solve their pain points.
I then crafted a modern and visually appealing interface, rigorously testing and refining it based on user feedback.
The result is a cohesive and intuitive experience, directly informed by user insights, that feels both elegant and effortless.
