Leo - Ride share

My work was:

  • Collaborate with product managers.

  • Research & user tests

  • Execute all visual design stages from the concept phase, through wireframes and complete design to development.

  • Work closely with R&D to ensure that the implementation meets the design.

Identifying challenge

Identifying challenge

The challenge was to create a seamless and reliable electric scooter ride-share experience in a competitive urban market. Existing solutions often suffered from inconsistent availability, complex onboarding, and unreliable tracking, leading to user frustration and hindering adoption.

Approach + research

Approach + research

We began with extensive user research, including ride-along observations and user surveys, to understand the key factors influencing scooter ride-share adoption. This research informed an iterative design process, focusing on intuitive navigation, real-time scooter availability, and seamless payment integration. We also prioritized robust GPS tracking and battery management to ensure a reliable user experience.

Solution

Solution

We developed a user-centric ride-share app that drove adoption and increased customer lifetime value by prioritizing simplicity and transparency.

Real-time data on scooter availability, battery levels, and pricing empowered users to make informed decisions, while intuitive navigation and clear mapping improved overall experience. A robust reward and loyalty system further incentivized safe riding behaviors and repeat usage, fostering a loyal customer base and driving sustainable growth.
